Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 annually

About the Opportunity

Our client, a growing organization, is seeking a hands-on Sr. Talent Management Business Partner to join their HR team.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this individual will play a key role in executing and developing the organization's talent management strategy while providing day-to-day HR support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development.

*
Support workforce planning, employee development, career progression and internal mobility initiatives.

*
Partner with leadership and department managers to identify talent gaps and develop workforce strategies.

*
Provide hands-on support with employee relations, performance management, HR policies and day-to-day employee matters.

*
Support full-cycle recruitment and provide coaching and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team.

*
Help strengthen internal recruitment processes and reduce reliance on external agencies.

*
Develop and implement HR programs, tools and processes that support organizational growth.

*
Monitor HR metrics,



identify trends and provide recommendations to leadership.

*
Manage competing priorities while ensuring timely follow-up and execution of HR initiatives.

Qualifications

*
7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally with a strong focus on talent management and organizational development.

*
Experience developing and implementing performance management, succession planning and leadership development programs.

*
Robust knowledge of employee relations, HR policies and employment legislation.

*
Previous experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and coaching or mentoring team members.

*
Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

*
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced
