ABOUT DGN

DGN Apparel is the apparel operations partner for brands. Decoration, warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment all happen under one roof: our in-house Logo Centre decorates, and our own operation stores, picks, packs and ships to consumers, stores and wholesale customers. We work with apparel brands, licensed merchandise companies, collegiate programs and national retailers.

A MODERN FACILITY BUILT FOR THROUGHPUT

In March 2027 DGN moves into a modern 109,000 sq ft facility at 6225 Millcreek Drive, Mississauga. The new building is designed around efficiency, with capacity increases where brand programs need it most.

- 40% more pallet locations: more storage than today in less than half the footprint
- Double the order processing capability: twice the order volume we can process today
- Secure gated yard: controlled access for trailers, containers and client freight
- Up to 25,000 decorated units per day across screen print, embroidery and DTF

More capacity means more room for brand programs, product drops and peak-season volume.

THE ROLE

You will sell contract decoration to apparel brands, licensed merchandise companies, retailers and e-commerce sellers, coupled with our 3PL and e-commerce fulfillment. A brand sends us blank garments; we decorate them, store them, and pick, pack and ship to their customers or stores. You own new business from first conversation to signed program and a smooth handoff to operations. This is an independent, commission-only role built on recurring programs that keep paying.

WHAT YOU'LL SELL

One partner from blank garment to the customer's door:

- Contract decoration: screen printing, embroidery, DTF, heat press, patches, labels and custom finishing
- Apparel warehousing: organized storage for apparel, accessories and branded goods
- E-commerce fulfillment: pick, pack and ship to consumers through the client's own store, marketplaces and
- wholesale channels
- Quality control: inbound inspection, measurements, defect sorting, rework, relabelling and compliance review




- Kitting and retail prep: folding, bagging, tagging, size strips, hangers, inserts, kitting and retail compliance
- Returns management: inspect, restock, repair, repackage or report returns, with full inventory visibility

Target clients include apparel, golf, uniform and workwear, collegiate and teamwear, licensed merchandise, ecommerce and promotional apparel brands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Prospect and win apparel brands, licensed merchandise companies, retailers and e-commerce sellers across Ontario
- Run discovery on volumes, SKU, size and colour profiles, decoration needs, sales channels and service levels
- Position DGN's decoration, warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment as one integrated program, with no freight between vendors
- Work with our operations and costing teams to scope and price programs (decoration per unit, storage, pick/pack, kitting)
- Lead facility tours and presentations, and negotiate service agreements
- Hand off new accounts cleanly to operations and stay involved through onboarding and the first product launch or peak season
- Grow accounts by adding services such as quality control, retail prep and returns
- Keep activity, quotes and pipeline current in the Sales Hub

WHAT YOU BRING

- 3+ years of B2B sales in contract decoration, apparel manufacturing or sourcing, 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment
- A track record of closing new accounts, with numbers you can share
- Working knowledge of decoration methods and cost drivers (colour counts, stitch counts, quantities) and of fulfillment pricing (per unit, per order, storage)
- A network among apparel brands, licensees, retailers or e-commerce sellers (a robust asset)
- Comfort with CRM tools, Excel and building a business case
- Self-directed, persistent and able to manage a longer sales cycle




- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across Ontario

COMPENSATION

Straight commission on revenue from the accounts you bring in, paid once the customer has paid the invoice, for as long as each account remains under contract with DGN.

- 10% of revenue in year one
- 5% of revenue in year two
- 2% year three onward, for the life of the contract

Expected first-year earnings: $60,000 to $100,000, with no cap on commission

Expense support is negotiable
