Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Server to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate can confidently manage dine-in service, takeout orders, and delivery pickups while providing attentive customer service in a fast-paced restaurant.
Previous restaurant serving experience is required. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and consistently follows restaurant procedures.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Manage multiple tables while providing prompt and attentive service
- Handle takeout orders and coordinate delivery pickups, ensuring orders are complete, accurate, and properly labelled
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and other team members to keep service running smoothly
- Address guest questions and concerns politely and professionally
- Keep tables,
service stations, and dining areas clean and organized
- Complete opening and closing duties and follow restaurant procedures consistently
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience as a restaurant server is required
- Must be available for full time work, including evening and weekend shifts
- Strong English communication skills
- Valid Smart Serve certification is required
- Experience using restaurant POS systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods
- Strong attention to detail and accurate cash handling skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- A friendly attitude and a strong commitment to customer service
