Estimated Compensation: $47,000 – $55,000 / year (Based on reported local historical center rates) + Performance-based sales bonuses.

Job Summary

We are seeking an operational, highly motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support leadership at our fast-growing Etobicoke center. Approximately 75% of this role is dedicated strictly to membership sales, outbound lead generation, and customer pipelines.

As an AGM, you will be the driving force behind center enrollment numbers while seamlessly stepping onto the blue floors to mentor coaching staff and engage directly with families.

You will ensure that all Children and Parents receive a 7 Start Experience.

Core Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Enrollment (75% of the Role)

- Drive the outbound phone pipeline by maintaining a heavy weekly outreach cadence (averaging 300+ calls, texts, and emails) on inbound digital marketing leads.
- Manage the trial conversion workflow, meticulously booking prospective families, vetting intent,



and executing direct post-trial sales consultations.
- Hit individual and center-level KPIs, pushing explicitly for net-current monthly memberships, active member retention, and camp/party revenue.
- Coordinate Etobicoke outreach initiatives, attending local vendor markets, community festivals, and school events to build our grassroots database.

2. Center Operations & Team Leadership

- Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Center Director, taking absolute structural accountability for facility revenue and operations.
- Enforce frontline check-in compliance, overseeing guest registries, incoming phone inquiries, payment structures, and billing adjustments.
- Optimize class and event schedules, scheduling personnel effectively to maximize profit via weekend parties and Kidstrong Etobicoke Camps
- Maintain facility standards, coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleaning rotations with coaches to keep training areas pristine and safe.

3. Curriculum Execution & Coaching

- Lead structured 45-minute classes when required, instructing children in physical literacy and cognitive developmental milestones.
- Maintain peak physical energy, moving, adjusting, and testing athletic equipment, obstacle courses,



and safety mats up to 25 pounds.
- Navigate internal software stacks, updating family data and tracking student performance across our systems.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Sales Acumen: Direct experience with heavy outbound phone sales workflows and an objective-driven, metrics-oriented mindset.
- Youth Fitness Experience: Athletic or coaching background working explicitly with children (ages 15 months to 11 years) in gymnastics, sports, or recreation.
- Flexible Availability: Total willingness to work non-traditional hours, including at least 3 weeknights (classes run until 7:30 PM) and 1 mandatory weekend shift.
- Tech Literacy: Solid operational experience handling CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace applications.
- Ontario Compliance: Must hold a current First Aid/CPR certification and pass a clean Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) prior to hiring.
