Delivery Associate – Final Mile Parcel Delivery

Locations: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $20.30/hour
Guaranteed Minimum: 9.5 hours per day
Job Type: Full-Time

We are currently hiring reliable and responsible Delivery Associates for final-mile parcel deliveries using company-provided cargo vans.

Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering packages safely, efficiently, and on time while providing professional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Deliver parcels to residential and commercial customers.
- Operate company cargo vans safely and responsibly.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
- Load, unload, and organize packages.
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Follow all traffic and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

- Must be 23 years of age or older.
- Must have a clean criminal background check.




- Driving record must have no more than 3 demerit points within the last 3 years.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Valid driver's licence and a safe driving history.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle packages and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Previous delivery or courier experience is an asset.

Compensation

- $20.30 per hour.
- Minimum 9.5 hours of work per day.

Work Locations: Mississauga, Ontario.
