Position: Concrete Finisher / LabourerHours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Guelph and surrounding area

Employment Type: [Full-Time / Seasonal]

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Concrete Finisher / Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience working with concrete or asphalt and is comfortable working long days in a physically demanding construction environment.

Requirements

● Reliable and dependable — shows up to work every day and on time

● Previous concrete or asphalt experience preferred

● Able to lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 kg (88 lbs)

● Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding tasks

● Able to work 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM when required

● Willing to work occasional Saturdays or Sundays

● Must have a reliable vehicle and transportation to and from work

● Strong work ethic and positive attitude

● Able to work effectively as part of a crew





● Safety-conscious and willing to follow company procedures

Duties

● Assist concrete finishers and construction crews with daily tasks

● Prepare and clean work areas

● Move and handle concrete, tools, forms and materials

● Assist with placing, spreading and finishing concrete

● Assist with asphalt-related work when required

● Maintain tools and equipment

● Follow directions and maintain a secure, clean work environment
