Warehouse Associate / Inventory Clerk

Location: Georgetown, ON (Not accessible by transit)
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate / Inventory Clerk for our client in the manufacturing industry in Georgetown, ON.

The successful candidate will support daily warehouse and stockroom operations, including receiving materials, picking and packing orders, organizing inventory, performing cycle counts, and issuing tools and supplies to production teams.

Candidates with experience using, WMS, ERP, SAP or inventory management systems are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for production and internal departments.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock checks.
- Update inventory records and report any discrepancies.
- Store materials in designated locations and maintain an organized stockroom.
- Issue tools, parts, and supplies to employees and production teams.
- Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track stock movements.
- Prepare tool kits and organize parts and supplies for production.
- Follow pick lists, work orders, and packing instructions.




- Perform general warehouse and inventory duties as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 months of experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, manufacturing, or inventory-related role.
- Experience with order picking, packing, receiving, shipping, or inventory handling.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- RF scanner or WMS experience is an asset.
- SAP or ERP experience is an asset, but not required.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to Georgetown, ON is required as the location is not accessible by public transit.
