The owner is a high-volume practitioner (frequently averaging 160 treatments a month) and is ready to gift and pass down over two decades of specialized experience in therapeutic and sports massage.

Your commission automatically scales up the more clients you see each month:
- Treatments 1–20: 50% split
- Treatments 21–41: 60% split
- Treatments 41–61: 70% split
- Treatments 62–130: 78% split
- Treatments 131+: Uncapped 85% split

- Premium Environment: Full hydraulic tables, premium supplies, hydroculator packs, red light therapy, EWOT (Exercise with Oxygen Therapy) and a steady, high-volume clinic environment in Whitecourt capable of feeding a busy therapist.

What We Are Looking For:

- A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with an Alberta association (e.g., MTAA, RMTA, NHPC).
- A "unicorn" mindset—someone who is eager to learn, coachable, passionate about structural/sports therapy, and truly cares about patient outcomes.
- New graduates with an exceptional drive to learn are highly welcome to apply.
