Job Summary

Redwood Performance Group is an award-winning e-learning company creating practical, effective learning solutions for adult learners. We develop custom online learning programs, assessment tools, learning management solutions and other digital tools for public- and private-sector organizations.

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional with an EdTech background to help grow our business. This is a hands-on role for someone who can identify opportunities, understand client needs and turn those needs into compelling proposals and new business.

What you’ll do

- Build and manage a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
- Win new clients and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Lead discovery conversations, deliver presentations and develop persuasive proposals.
- Work with our delivery team to shape solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and close.

What you’ll bring

- A proven record of selling EdTech, custom learning or related professional services.




- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to connect business challenges with appropriate solutions.
- Excellent presentation, proposal writing and relationship-building skills.
- The initiative and accountability to drive sales in a fully remote environment.
