About the role

One week you’re fitting new work into a 1970s home. The next, you’re helping frame a current build from the ground up. We’re looking for a carpenter who enjoys that variety and brings the same care to every job.

You’ll work alongside our crew on residential renovations and new builds across Richmond and the Lower Mainland. We value people who check their measurements, keep the site safe, and speak up early when something needs a second look. Every project brings new problems to solve, so there’s plenty of room to grow your skills.

What you’ll do

- Framing and finish carpentry: build walls, floors and ceilings, and install doors, windows, trim and cabinets so everything fits clean and square.
- Concrete forming: set and brace forms for foundations and structural work, check alignment before the pour, and finish to spec.
- Interior and exterior finishes: hang drywall, install siding,



and take extra care where materials meet: joints, edges and transitions.
- Renovation work: open up existing structures, keep what’s sound, and rebuild what isn’t.
- Site standards: follow BC Building Code and site safety procedures, keep tools and materials organized, and leave the area ready for the next trade.

What you’ll need

- Hands-on carpentry experience, including reading blueprints and building from them
- Confidence with hand and power tools, and the habit of measuring twice
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on active job sites
- Experience with concrete forming, drywall, siding or finish carpentry

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
