Duties
- Operate snow plows and other heavy equipment to clear snow from assigned roads, lots, and access areas.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after use; report issues and perform basic automotive repair or maintenance as appropriate.
- Coordinate routes, timing, and changing conditions with colleagues, and follow established operating and safety procedures.
- Move or handle freight and use forklifts when needed to support site operations.

Experience
Required: Practical heavy equipment operation skills, sound equipment awareness, and the ability to follow procedures and communicate clearly while working with a team. Preferred: Commercial driving experience, forklift operation, freight handling, and automotive repair skills are useful strengths for supporting varied winter operations and equipment needs. Snow removal or related work experience can also help you adapt to changing conditions and contribute effectively.
