As we continue to expand our product collections and retail network, we're looking for an experienced, bilingual professional to help strengthen our retailer relationships and develop new business opportunities.

The Chance

Do you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships and identifying sales opportunities?

We're looking for a friendly, motivated and experienced Bilingual Retail Account Coordinator to join our team for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment based on results and business needs.

This is primarily an inside sales and customer relationship position, focused on communicating with our established network of retailers across Canada.

You'll spend much of your day speaking with store owners and managers, ensuring they're satisfied with our products, introducing new collections and helping them discover opportunities to grow their business.

You'll also help us expand our retail network by following up with prospective customers interested in our in-store engraving systems.

This is not a traditional call-centre position. It's an opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with retail partners while contributing directly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities





- Proactively contact existing retail customers across Canada to maintain relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Introduce new products and collections to retailers.
- Encourage retailers to expand their product assortment and explore additional sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers whose purchasing activity has declined and help reactivate their accounts.
- Contact prospective retailers to introduce our engraving systems and develop new business opportunities.
- Check in with retailers regarding their engraving equipment and coordinate service or refurbishment assistance when needed.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities and assist customers with orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with our customer service and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist with routine customer service inquiries when appropriate.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in inside sales, telephone sales or B2B account management.
- Fully bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Excellent telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, confident and professional approach to customer interactions.
- A natural ability to build rapport and establish long-term business relationships.




- Comfortable introducing products, identifying opportunities and closing sales.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-up habits.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with retailers, wholesalers or distributors is an asset.
- Experience in the pet industry is welcome but not required.
