Job Opening: Truck Dispatcher (Full-Time)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Truck Dispatcher to join our growing trucking company. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in trucking dispatch and sales, with strong knowledge of Load link software and freight operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and book profitable loads for 7 trucks using Load link software.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers and customers.
- Coordinate drivers, pickups, deliveries, and schedules.
- Maintain communication with drivers, brokers, and clients.
- Track shipments, resolve delays, and maintain accurate dispatch records.
- Build strong relationships with brokers and customers to generate business.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking dispatch and sales (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Load link software.
- Strong knowledge of freight booking, rate negotiation, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for someone energetic, responsible, and confident in managing trucks efficiently while maximizing loads and revenue.

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
