Job Description: Class 5 Experience Commercial 5T Truck Driver
Who we are:
MXL Express is a locally owned courier and hotshot transportation company. MXL Express provides courier and on-demand hot shot transportation services for Canada’s oil and gas, mining and construction industries in and around Edmonton, Alberta and other provinces.
We are currently looking for a Class 5 Experience Commercial 5T Truck Driver for our Edmonton location.
Details:
- Working hours are Monday to Friday Daytime - Saturday
- Occasional nights & weekend driving work
- Full time, long-term employment opportunity
Summary of Duties:
- Drive a company owned 5T 26’ flat deck and box trucks local and deliveries
- Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move shipments.
- Secure loads safely and properly
- Perform truck inspection reports using ELD Titan GPS flatform.
- Maintain cleanliness and organize issued company vehicle.
Requirements:
- Must held minimum of 3-year Canadian Class 5 driver’s license
- Must have a minimum 3 years driving 5T truck experience
- Clean commercial driving abstract
- Must be able to work OT and on call for nights & weekends.
