Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and mobility limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, monitor patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation (SOAP notes), and educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
