We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Security Guards to join our team in Moncton, NB. This role is ideal for individuals who are vigilant, skilled, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.

Position Summary

As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for protecting people, property, and assets while maintaining a visible security presence. You will perform routine patrols, respond to incidents, enforce site policies, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interior and exterior patrols of client properties.
- Monitor premises for suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches.
- Control access to buildings and restricted areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity reports, and shift logs.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and the public.
- Enforce site-specific rules, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with emergency services, law enforcement, and management when required.
- Investigate and document security incidents and policy violations.
- Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment when assigned.




- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Qualifications Required

- Valid Alberta Security Services Worker License (or ability to obtain before employment).
- Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Preferred

- Previous security, law enforcement, military, loss prevention, or customer service experience.
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Experience with CCTV monitoring and access control systems.
- Experience working in industrial, commercial, retail, or camp environments.
