Job Summary

As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers with purchases, product questions, and productive checkout. You’ll combine attentive service with accurate transactions and help keep the sales floor organized and welcoming.

Responsibilities

- Operate the POS, process payments, handle cash accurately, and use basic math to verify transactions.
- Welcome customers, answer questions with clear communication and professional phone etiquette, and demonstrate products when helpful.
- Support retail sales through relevant recommendations and upselling; assist with merchandising and product presentation.
- Manage tasks efficiently and keep checkout and customer interactions organized. Your impact: helpful service and accurate checkout make shopping easier for customers and support smooth teamwork.

Skills

Required:



Bring customer service, cashiering, cash handling, POS, basic math, communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate in English and assist customers professionally. Preferred: Retail sales, sales, technology sales, product demonstrations, and technical sales experience are helpful; bilingual or multilingual communication can help you serve a wider range of customers.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44.0 per week
