We are looking for an experienced Class 1 truck driver with a minimum of 2 years of Class 1 driving experience to transport freight between Alberta and British Columbia.
The driver will work as part of a team, coordinating with a driving partner to ensure safe and on-time deliveries.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive a Class 1 commercial truck on the Alberta–BC route.
- Work with a driving partner and coordinate driving schedules and rest breaks.
- Transport and deliver freight safely and on time.
- Load and unload freight using a forklift when required.
- Complete daily trip reports and delivery paperwork.
- Inspect the truck and equipment before and after trips.
- Report any vehicle or equipment problems immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain good communication with dispatch, customers, and team members.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Class 1 commercial driving experience.
- Valid Class 1 driver's licence.
- Good knowledge of Alberta and British Columbia highways.
- Experience with freight transportation and handling.
- Ability to work as part of a driving team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Robust commitment to road safety.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Class 1 driving experience.
Position: Full-time Company Driver – Alberta to British Columbia Freight Route.
Pay: $10,000.00-$15,000.00 per month
