The Nipigon District, North Shore, and Greenstone Family Health Teams are seeking a Data & Research Manager to lead data analysis, reporting, program evaluation, and research initiatives across our organizations.

In this role, you will support evidence-based decision-making by collecting and analyzing clinical and organizational data, developing reports and dashboards, evaluating programs and outcomes, and providing insights that improve patient care and organizational performance. You will also support research projects, strategic planning, grant applications, and partnerships with healthcare and academic organizations.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Health Informatics, Research, or a related field (Master's degree considered an asset)
- Experience in data analysis, program evaluation, research, and reporting
- Strong understanding of healthcare data, performance measurement, and quality improvement
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools




- Knowledge of PHIPA and privacy requirements
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
