Overview
We are seeking knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts and Service Advisors to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and the automotive parts they need. Your expertise in automotive repair and parts sales will ensure that customers receive the right components for their vehicles, enhancing their overall service experience. Responsibilities

- Assist customers in identifying and locating automotive parts and services based on their needs and vehicle specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering solutions related to parts availability and pricing.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Complete customer check ins: including inspections, confirming contact information, reviewing service history and prior service recommendations
- addressing and documenting customer concerns
- organizing paperork and processes to maintain a consistent customer experience
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary.




- Collaborate with mechanics and service advisors to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and maintenance services.
- Stay updated on recent products, industry trends, and dealership promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a parts or service advisor or similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record in sales and upselling techniques.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage time and inventory effectively.
