Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in West St. Paul. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission by accurately estimating project costs and ensuring that our custom homes are built within budget. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our projects and satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information
- Utilize HeavyBid and Bluebeam software for accurate estimations
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
- Monitor project budgets and provide updates as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals for potential projects
- Qualifications
- Canadian Experience is a MUST (Minimum 3 years)
- Manitoba Experienced person is preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role




- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Proficiency in estimation software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with pricing strategies in the construction industry
- Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management or related fields are a plus

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
