Monaco Motorcars is looking for an experienced, mechanically skilled Automotive Technician to join our expanding service team in Barrie.

Have your 310S? Fantastic. Don't have your 310S but have years of hands-on experience, strong diagnostic skills, and know your way around a vehicle? We still want to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who can think critically, troubleshoot effectively, and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

Our shop services everything from everyday domestic vehicles to European imports, luxury vehicles, SUVs, and performance cars. No two days are quite the same.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Perform repairs involving engines, brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, drivetrain, and other automotive systems.
- Use modern diagnostic equipment to accurately identify faults.
- Perform preventative maintenance and general automotive servicing.
- Inspect vehicles and identify required repairs.
- Document repairs, diagnostic findings, and recommendations.
- Work independently and collaboratively to keep vehicles moving efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and accountability.

All work must be performed within the candidate's applicable trade authorization and Ontario regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

- 310S licence preferred, but not required to apply.
- Experienced automotive technicians, registered apprentices,



and skilled unlicensed candidates interested in obtaining the appropriate trade authorization are welcome.
- Strong hands-on mechanical and diagnostic experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot rather than simply replace parts.
- Experience working on multiple makes and models.
- Confidence using diagnostic scanners, service information, and repair equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence.
