About the Company
Gracey Fabrication & Millwrighting Inc. is a growing millwrighting and fabrication company operating across Northern and Southern Ontario. We specialize in shutdowns, industrial maintenance, mill support, and custom fabrication projects.

We’re expanding our team and looking for skilled welders who are ready to take on meaningful work in industrial environments.

Locations

- Northern Ontario: Kapuskasing, Detour Lake / Greenstone Mine, Rainy River Mine
- Southern Ontario: Dunnville, ON and surrounding area (approx. 150 km radius)

Type of Work

- Planned and emergency shutdowns
- Industrial maintenance and fabrication
- Mill support and project-based work

What We’re Looking For

- Red Seal Welder certification (strongly preferred) or equivalent journeyman-level experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Valid driver’s licence required
- Experience in industrial or mining environments is a solid asset
- Dependable, safety-focused, and a strong team player

Please note: we are not hiring apprentices at this time,



and we are unable to offer visa or work permit sponsorship.

Schedule
Schedule will be determined based on project requirements and the candidate’s experience. Rotational and project-based schedules may be available.

Compensation
$40 – $55 per hour, based on certification and experience.
