Summary

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll support customers seeking help with pest concerns and connect them with the company’s services. Your impact: Clear, attentive support helps customers understand their options and take informed steps toward addressing infestations safely.
Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and other communication channels.
- Listen carefully, clarify concerns, and provide relevant service information.
- Record customer details and interactions accurately.
- Help customers understand available services and next steps.




- Communicate customer needs clearly to the appropriate team members.
- Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and a clear, helpful manner.
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills to understand enquiries and identify relevant information.
- Preferred: bilingual or multilingual communication; sales or upselling experience.
