Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. Responsibilities

- .Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company standards.
- Perform quality checks to identify and report defects or inconsistencies.
- Handle and transport raw materials, components, and finished goods within the production area.
- Document production activities, including output and any equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of equipment.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.





Requirements

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25-50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
