Medical Aesthetician / Clinic Administrator

D&M; Treatments Medi Spa | Calgary, AB
Part-time or full-time | Hourly or commission-based compensation

D&M; Treatments is looking for an already-trained Medical Aesthetician who enjoys providing excellent treatments and helping a clinic run smoothly. This hands-on role combines client care, reception, social media content creation, and day-to-day clinic upkeep.

Evening availability and at least one weekend day per week are required.

Required training and skills

Applicants must already be trained and able to demonstrate competency in:

- Laser hair removal
- IPL treatments
- Microneedling
- Facials
- Chemical peels

Experience with InMode platforms, particularly Diolaze XL and Lumecca, is strongly preferred. Relevant training certificates will be requested.

Additional skills we value

Experience in any of the following is an asset:

- Lash lifts and tints
- Brow tinting and lamination
- Waxing
- Dermaplaning
- Morpheus8 RF microneedling
- Other aesthetic services offered at D&M; Treatments, within your training and qualifications

Your responsibilities

Treatments and client care

- Provide safe, professional treatments within your training and clinic protocols.
- Conduct consultations, review client histories and contraindications, and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Explain treatment options, realistic expectations, and pre- and post-treatment care.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and follow-up treatments.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, infection prevention, and equipment care.

Reception and clinic administration

- Welcome clients, answer calls and messages, manage bookings, and process payments.
- Support client follow-ups, rebooking, and a smooth daily schedule.
- Monitor inventory,



organize supplies, and flag items that need replenishing.
- Help maintain a clean, polished, welcoming clinic, including treatment room setup, laundry, restocking, and general tidying.

Social media and content

- Help create photos, videos, reels, and educational content showcasing our services and clinic.
- Capture treatment and before-and-after content with appropriate client consent.
- Contribute content ideas and support consistent posting in the clinic’s brand voice.

You’re willing to help wherever needed and understand that reception, content creation, laundry, and clinic upkeep are regular parts of this position.

Schedule and compensation

- Part-time or full time opportunities available.
- Evenings and at least one weekend day each week are mandatory.
- Hourly or commission-based arrangements may be available, with compensation and expectations discussed during the interview.
