Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, and client-focused Licensed Financial Advisor - Securities to provide personalized financial advice and develop customized investment, retirement, and wealth management strategies for clients across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals while building meaningful, long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include assessing clients' financial needs, objectives, and risk tolerance, providing financial education, and recommending strategies aligned with their long-term financial goals.

This is a fully remote, 100% commission-based opportunity offering the independence to build and manage your own client portfolio and grow your advisory business. Advisors will have access to advanced financial planning tools, proprietary software, back-office support, and ongoing training and mentorship to support their success.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client consultations to assess financial goals, investment objectives, and risk tolerance.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

- Provide ongoing financial guidance and education.

- Identify opportunities to grow and expand your client portfolio.

- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and client-first service.

Requirements

- Must hold the appropriate licenses to provide securities-based financial advice in the United States; current FINRA licensing preferred.

- Knowledge of investment, retirement, and wealth management strategies.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to assess client needs and develop tailored financial strategies.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building an independent advisory business.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote workplace.

- Strong commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and client-first service.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
