We’re a busy, fast-paced family-run Mexican restaurant known for authentic street-style food — tacos, huaraches, gorditas, alambres, and more. We’re looking for a dependable and motivated cook to join our close-knit team.

Join our team as a cook and showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are looking for part time to full time cooks. We pool our tips at Mestizo, and we like to include the cooks!

What You’ll Do:

- Cook and prepare dishes according to house recipes and quality standards
- Cashier duties
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Work efficiently during rush periods without sacrificing quality
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Support your team wherever needed

- Kitchen experience (Mexican food a big plus)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and portioning
- Reliability and punctuality

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
