Innoflo Solutions Inc. is looking for an experienced Industrial Service Technician to work in Fort McMurray to support our customers and equipment throughout the region and on various mine-sites. Ideally, the candidates reside in Fort McMurray, but we will consider candidates from Edmonton, Alberta as well. We will not be offering a fly in/out from other provinces, relocation would be required at your expense.

This is a hands-on field service role for someone who is comfortable working independently, interacting directly with customers, and troubleshooting a mix of mechanical, electrical, fuel and lubrication equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Our technicians service, troubleshoot, repair and maintain industrial fuel and lubrication equipment and systems, including:

- Performs preventative maintenance (PM) inspections, servicing, troubleshooting and repairs on fuel and lubrication equipment at various mine sites, identifying deficiencies and addressing equipment issues to support safe and reliable operation.
- Maintains a strong working knowledge of fuel and lubrication systems, equipment and components, with the ability to independently diagnose faults, determine root causes, and complete effective maintenance and repairs.
- Safely and proficiently operates required tools, diagnostic equipment and machinery, completing work efficiently and cost-effectively while meeting Innoflo, customer, manufacturer and applicable quality standards.
- Identifies equipment concerns, emerging failures and opportunities for preventative action, communicating findings and recommended repairs before they result in equipment downtime or operational disruption.
- Accurately documents inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, deficiencies and completed work to support equipment history, compliance and ongoing reliability.

You'll spend your days solving real equipment problems, working directly with customers and making sure the job is done right.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're especially interested in someone who brings:





- Journeyperson Electrician certification, or Journeyperson Millwright certification preferred
- Experience troubleshooting diesel, oil, fuel or lubrication systems
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting ability
- Experience with 24V electrical systems
- PM1 or PM3 CPCA certification is a strong asset
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to safely operate a company service truck
- Ability to meet customer and site requirements, including randomized alcohol and drug testing (including THC) and physical fitness testing
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Strong customer service and communication skills

You must be based in the Fort McMurray area for this position.
