Broad Valley Colony School is seeking a full-time Educational Assistant, starting November 16, 2026

Lakeshore School Division invites applications for an Educational Assistant position at Broad Valley Colony School. We are seeking a caring, dependable individual who is committed to supporting student learning and well-being within an inclusive school environment that works collaboratively with the colony.

The position as Educational Assistant involves working under the direction of the classroom teacher and administration to support students academically, socially and behaviourally.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

o Educational Assistant certificate or relevant training preferred

- Experience working with children or youth considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to support diverse learning needs
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Salary: $19.07 - $22.83 per hour with benefits

Schedule: 6.0 hours per instructional day
