Triple Threat Diesel is seeking an experienced Automotive Shop Foreman to lead our service team in Clairmont, Alberta. This position is ideal for a skilled technician who is ready to take on a leadership role while remaining actively involved in day to day shop operations.

Responsibilities:

- Leading the automotive department and keeping jobs moving efficiently.
- Working alongside our automotive techs on diagnostics, repairs and troubleshooting.
- Assisting with job delegation, timelines, and quality control.
- Communicating with the service team to keep customers updated.
- Supporting safe and cleanliness standards in the shop

Qualifications:

- Journeyman Automotive Technician (required)
- Two years of Foreman experience.
- Solid diagnostic skills and mechanical knowledge.




- Ability to juggle multiple jobs and keep cool under pressure.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Must be reliable, organized and ready to hustle.
