Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Fuel It Refuelling Inc. | Full-Time | In-Office
Salary: $50,000 annually + Performance Bonuses
About the Role
This is a high-volume, outbound cold-calling position.
Your primary responsibility will be to contact prospective business customers, introduce our services, identify opportunities, and book qualified meetings.
You will not be responsible for generating your own leads. Our team will provide you with prospect lists targeting specific industries, allowing you to focus on making calls and generating opportunities.
We’re looking for individuals who are comfortable spending the majority of their workday on the phone and are motivated by measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective business customers.
- Work toward a benchmark of 100 calls per day.
- Introduce Fuel It’s services and identify potential business opportunities.
- Book qualified meetings with prospective customers.
- Work from company-provided lead lists targeting specific industries.

Compensation & Schedule
- Base Salary: $50,000 annually.
- Bonuses: Additional compensation for booking qualified meetings.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Work Location: In-office position.
