Overview

As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers with purchases, product questions, and a smooth checkout experience. You’ll use POS technology, provide helpful service, and keep the sales area organized and welcoming.

Duties

- Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and use POS systems while applying basic math.
- Assist customers with product selection, demonstrate products, and support technology sales and retail sales.
- Recommend relevant products through helpful upselling, maintain merchandising displays, and keep the sales area orderly.
- Respond to customer questions in person and by phone, using clear communication and skilled phone etiquette.

Skills

Required: Customer service, cashiering, cash handling, POS use, basic math, communication, time management,



and organizational skills support accurate transactions and attentive service. English proficiency helps you explain products and resolve questions clearly. Preferred: Retail sales, sales, technology sales, product demonstrations, and technical sales experience are valuable strengths; bilingual or multilingual abilities can help you serve a broader range of customers.
