Our Winter Control and Maintenance program is designed and curated to meet the high standards and operational demands of municipal infrastructure, ensuring roads, public facilities, income-based parking lots and structures, and critical access points remain clear, compliant and safe throughout the season.

Applicants can expect to use the following equipment:

- Truck with Plow
- Truck with Plow and Salter
- Skid steer

There will be hours available between storms, if needed. Baldwin Brothers boasts a safe and organized team, reliable equipment, and offers potential to year-round employment.

We require at least two years experience doing snow removal, as well as a clean, drivers abstract.

Snow Plow Driver:

In this key role, you will work closely with your team to ensure winter control services remain in compliance with all established regulations and requirements, provide service in a timely manner as specified in the contract, while ensuring a safe working setting for staff and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper and safe operation of equipment
- Responsible for proper cleaning equipment
- Ensure production schedule is always being followed
- Able to follow task directions




- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work rotating shifts (10 hour and 12 hour)
- Punctuality and good attendance needed
- Ability to work overtime when needed (up to 56 hours per week)
- Strong attention to safety policies and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Long periods of standing and shoveling
- Repetitive lifting required
- Ability to operate a Skid steer is an asset
- Hourly rate will be based on experience
