Job Summary

Duties

- Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food prep area, dining space, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage food inventory levels, restock ingredients, and assist in food handling duties to ensure freshness and availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience enhances your ability to prepare quality food efficiently
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly while maintaining accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals
- Experience working in a retail or grocery store environment is advantageous but not mandatory
