TNT Services Plus Inc. is hiring **experienced Snow Plow & Salter Operators** for the upcoming winter season in the Vaughan area.

We are looking for reliable, skilled operators who have hands-on experience operating an F550 or similar commercial plow/salter truck, plowing with a blade, and using a skid steer to load their own salt.

This is NOT an entry-level position. Previous commercial snow removal experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate an F550 or similar commercial truck equipped with a snowplow and salter.

- Safely and efficiently plow commercial parking lots, drive lanes and other designated areas.

- Operate truck-mounted salting equipment and apply appropriate amounts of salt.

- **Operate a skid steer to independently load salt into your truck.**

- Complete assigned routes within required timelines.

- Perform pre-trip inspections and report equipment issues.

- Maintain safe operating practices and prevent property damage.

- Communicate with supervisors and follow dispatch instructions.

- Be available for overnight, early-morning and weekend winter events.

Mandatory Qualifications

Applicants MUST have:

- Minimum 1 year of commercial snow plowing and salting experience.

- Proven experience plowing with a truck-mounted snowplow blade.

- Experience operating an F550 or comparable commercial plow/salter truck.

- Skid steer operating experience, including loading salt trucks independently.

- Valid driver's licence appropriate for the equipment being operated, with a clean driving record.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.





- Reliable transportation and availability for unpredictable winter weather.

- Ability to respond promptly to snow and ice callouts.

Applicants without actual plowing, salting AND skid steer operating experience will not be considered.
