We are looking for an experienced Estimator / Project Coordinator with solid knowledge of residential and multi-family construction. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in reading blueprints, performing accurate material takeoffs, conducting site measurements, and preparing detailed estimates.

Key Responsibilities

- Efficiently read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints.
- Perform accurate material takeoffs for single-family and multi-family residential projects, including townhouses, condos, and apartment buildings.
- Prepare detailed estimates, material lists, and cost breakdowns.
- Conduct site visits to take measurements and assess project requirements.
- Estimate decks, balconies, railings, framing, and exterior construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and revisions to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate material orders, suppliers, and project schedules.
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and construction coordination.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction estimating and material takeoffs.




- Strong blueprint-reading skills and multi-family estimating experience.
- Proficiency with construction software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, STACK, AutoCAD, Procore, or similar programs.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and accurately.
- Strong organizational, mathematical, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's licence required.
- Previous experience in residential construction, framing, decks, or exterior renovations is an asset.

We are looking for someone who can confidently review complex blueprints, complete accurate takeoffs, visit job sites, and coordinate projects with minimal supervision.

Must be detail-oriented, technically skilled, organized, and experienced with multi-family construction projects.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
