As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicle while providing an exceptional dealership experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist showroom, phone, and internet customers.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Follow up on dealership leads and prospect opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and product objectives.
- Stay current on vehicle features, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
- Complete required sales documentation accurately and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with OMVIC regulations and dealership policies.

Qualifications

- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Proven sales or customer service experience preferred.
- OMVIC Certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.

Compensation

Compensation includes base salary, commission, manufacturer incentives, and performance-based bonuses. Income potential is directly tied to performance.
