Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who speaks clear and fluent English to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries over the phone and email, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from first contact to job completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound phone calls and respond promptly to customer emails.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Canadian English.
- Schedule HVAC service calls, maintenance, and installations.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Record all interactions and service details accurately in the CRM system.




- Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion.
- Must be able to work some Saturdays

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Canadian English preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (HVAC or related field preferred).
- Strong phone etiquette and professional email communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
