Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Cabinet Maker to join our custom cabinetry team full-time. In this role, you will lead custom millwork and cabinetry projects from raw materials to final assembly. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in reading shop drawings, operating woodworking machinery safely, and delivering high-end craftsmanship with precision and efficiency.

Duties

- Fabrication & Assembly: Build, fit, and assemble custom residential and commercial cabinetry, vanities, and architectural millwork.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and cut lists accurately.
- Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard millwork tools and machinery (table saws, edgebanders, shapers, CNC machinery, routers, and hand tools).
- Quality Control: Inspect finished components to ensure accurate tolerances, clean joints, and seamless finishing standard.
- Jobsite Preparation: Assist with dry-fitting, pre-assembly,



and troubleshooting complex installation requirements.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide guidance to junior cabinet makers and assemblers to keep production moving smoothly and safely.

Experience

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional cabinet making or custom architectural woodworking experience (Required).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with shop drawings, cut lists, and traditional joinery techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for precision, wood grain alignment, and high-end finish quality.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing throughout shifts.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or leading a small project team.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45.0 per week
