Hiring: Industrial Electrician & Maintenance Millwright Technician

Location: Concord, ON
Pay Rate: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Industrial Electricians and Maintenance Millwright Technicians to join our team at an industrial facility in Concord, Ontario.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Electrician:

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Maintain motors, control panels, wiring, sensors, and electrical components.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and applicable codes.

Maintenance Millwright Technician:

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential breakdowns.
- Perform mechanical adjustments, alignments, and component replacements.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.




- Ensure all maintenance activities follow workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous industrial experience in electrical maintenance or millwright work.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant trade certification or apprenticeship experience is an asset.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.

Compensation & Schedule

- Pay: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience.
- Location: Concord, Ontario.
- Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Full-time opportunity.

The preferred qualification is:

- 442A – Industrial Electrician (Ontario Certificate of Qualification).
- Red Seal endorsement is an asset.
- Candidates should have experience with industrial electrical systems, PLCs, motors, wiring, and troubleshooting.

Maintenance Millwright Technician

The preferred qualification is:

- 433A – Industrial Mechanic Millwright (Ontario Certificate of Qualification).
- Red Seal endorsement is an asset.
- Candidates should have experience with mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
