PART-TIME DISPATCHER

Xtreme Towing is seeking a dependable, organized and skilled Part-Time Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Availability

Applicants must be available to work all three rotating shifts, including weekdays, weekends and holidays, as scheduled:

- Day: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and dispatch tow truck drivers to service calls.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers.
- Accurately enter and update service calls in the dispatch system.




- Monitor driver locations and track job progress.
- Prioritize calls and manage changing service demands efficiently.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, communication and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Availability to work all three rotating shifts.
- Knowledge of vehicle types, makes and models is required.
- Previous towing or dispatch experience is considered an asset.

Pay: $18.56-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 24.0 per week
