Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various welding techniques and equipment. This role involves fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring precision and quality in every project. The Welder will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, as well as adhering to safety protocols while working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques on various materials.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
- Utilize plasma cutting tools for shaping metal components as required.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.





Experience

- Proven experience in aluminum welding is required.
- MIG Aluminum experience
- Familiarity with rigging practices is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience using calipers and other measuring tools for precise fabrication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- A commitment to safety practices and procedures in the workplace.
