The Front Desk Agent/Night Audit role supports smooth hotel operations by welcoming guests, managing front desk activity, and completing overnight audit tasks. You’ll provide attentive guest services, communicate clearly, and help maintain accurate records so guests and colleagues can rely on a consistent handoff between shifts.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, respond to questions, and provide courteous customer service.
- Handle incoming calls with qualified phone etiquette, using multi-line phone systems to direct inquiries and share information.
- Complete night audit tasks, review and organize relevant records, and communicate important updates to the appropriate team members.




- Support front desk operations by coordinating guest requests and helping resolve routine service concerns.
- Your impact: Accurate overnight records and clear shift updates help colleagues deliver a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

Required: Clear communication, customer service, professional phone etiquette, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to manage front desk tasks and multi-line phone systems. Preferred: Hotel experience, hospitality or guest services experience, and bilingual or multilingual communication skills that help you assist a diverse range of guests.

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
