715 Motor Haus is an independent automotive dealership located in Vancouver, BC, with a diverse inventory of over 100 vehicles.

We’re a close-knit team that values outstanding customer service, teamwork, and a genuine passion for cars. Unlike larger corporate dealerships, we offer a more personal, relaxed, and collaborative work environment where everyone’s contributions matter.

We’re currently expanding our team and looking for approximately five motivated, personable individuals to join us as Automotive Sales Representatives.

Whether you’re an experienced automotive salesperson or someone with a sales background and a strong interest in cars, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in finding vehicles that suit their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Respond to customer inquiries, demonstrate vehicle features, and conduct test drives.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Build positive relationships with customers and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our inventory, including vehicle makes, models, features, and pricing.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Identify opportunities to source and purchase vehicles for dealership inventory.




- Assist with general dealership operations as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s licence and a satisfactory driving record.
- Basic automotive knowledge and a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, personable, professional, and approachable attitude.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous automotive dealership sales experience.
- Valid BC Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA) Salesperson Licence.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
- Knowledge of different vehicle makes, models, and market values.

Previous dealership experience is an asset but not required. We’re happy to consider candidates with transferable sales skills, basic automotive knowledge, and a genuine interest in the industry.

Candidates without a VSA licence must be eligible and willing to obtain one before performing regulated vehicle sales duties.
