About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and hands-on Decor & Home Organization Assistant to join our team.

Our Interior Decor Specialist is the creative mastermind behind planning, designing, mapping, and sourcing items for beautiful and functional home environments. Your role is to work alongside the Decor Specialist and help bring those plans to life.

This is a hands-on position focused on sourcing support, decluttering, cleaning, folding, organizing, and reorganizing clients' homes according to established decor plans and household needs.

You won't be responsible for designing or changing the decor. The Decor Specialist handles the creative direction, planning, client paperwork, and administrative responsibilities. Your job is to show up, roll up your sleeves, and help get the work done!

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Decor Specialist with sourcing and gathering decor and organizational items.
- Support decluttering projects and help prepare spaces for reorganization.
- Organize closets, wardrobes, cupboards, and other household spaces.
- Colour-code clothing and organize items according to each family's needs.
- Fold, sort, arrange, and neatly store clothing and household items.
- Assist with light cleaning and tidying during organization projects.
- Follow the Decor Specialist's instructions and established organization plans.
- Help create clean, beautiful, functional, and organized living spaces.
- Handle clients' personal belongings with care,



honesty, and respect.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently.

Who We're Looking For

This position is ideal for someone who:

- Is naturally meticulous and enjoys organizing and creating beautiful spaces.
- Has an eye for detail and appreciates neatness and order.
- Enjoys folding laundry, sorting, colour-coding, and organizing closets.
- Has some experience with cleaning, decluttering, housekeeping, or home organization.
- Is physically capable of hands-on organizing and tidying tasks.
- Is dependable, honest, respectful, and comfortable working inside clients' homes.
- Can follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Enjoys listening to music while working and takes pride in completing tasks.
- Has a flexible schedule and can accommodate project-based work.

Previous professional decorating experience is not required. We are looking for someone with a natural passion for organization, cleanliness, and beautiful spaces.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

This is an as-needed, project-based position, making it ideal for students, individuals seeking part-time employment, or anyone looking for flexible work.





Work hours will depend on the size and requirements of each client project.

For example:

- Some projects may require two consecutive days of work, at approximately eight hours per day.
- Larger projects may require three or more consecutive working days.
- Smaller assignments may require fewer hours.

You must be comfortable with occasional consecutive workdays and flexible scheduling based on project demands.

Because this position involves entering clients' private homes and handling personal belongings, trust and integrity are essential.

- A criminal record check will be required.
- Candidates must demonstrate honesty, professionalism, and respect for clients' privacy and personal property.
- A robust sense of responsibility and appropriate workplace boundaries are essential.

Pay: $15.31-$16.00 per hour
