Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associates for Robotic Welding Production Lines, to join our client's automotive welding team in Shelburne. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food processing and safety standards, along with mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain production equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production and packaging of our food products while adhering to quality and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

- Operate various production machinery and equipment, to facilitate the manufacturing process.
- Load jigs with steel parts to be welded
- Use weld machines such as spot welders to fabricate metal parts
- Fabricate and assemble components as needed for food processing operations.
- Ensure all products are packaged according to company standards, maintaining quality throughout the process.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to uphold food safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

- 1+ years o f Manufacturing experience.




- Familiarity with welding is an asset
- Must be able to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
- Must be able to commute to Shelburne daily

Pay-rate

$18.50/hr

Shift

Rotating shift, Days & Afternoons

Days - 6:30am-3pm and Afternoons 4:30pm-1:00pm

*ROTATION is every 2 weeks. Must be able to rotate weekly.

Pay: $18.25 per hour
