Position: Food Production Mixer
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Mixer to join our client's food manufacturing team in Etobicoke. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production requirements while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate industrial mixers and blending equipment.
- Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
- Follow batch sheets and production instructions accurately.
- Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and ingredient quantities.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and texture of food products.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of mixing equipment and work areas.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues.

Mandatory Requirements

- Previous experience as a Mixer,



Batcher, or Food Production Worker in the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience operating industrial food mixing equipment.
- Ability to measure and weigh ingredients accurately.
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices.
- Ability to lift heavy ingredients and stand for extended periods.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Reliable transportation and availability for the morning shift.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday |40 hours per week

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
