Job Summary

As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers with purchases, product questions, and a smooth checkout experience. You’ll use POS technology, communicate clearly, and help keep merchandise organized while contributing to a welcoming, efficient store.

Duties

- Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and use POS systems while applying basic math.
- Assist customers with product selection, demonstrate products, and answer questions with qualified phone etiquette.
- Support retail sales through helpful recommendations and appropriate upselling; share technology product information when relevant.
- Merchandise products, maintain an organized checkout area, and manage tasks efficiently during busy periods.

Qualifications

Required: Clear communication, customer service, cashiering, cash handling, POS operation, basic math, time management, and organizational skills are practical capabilities for serving customers and completing transactions accurately. English proficiency supports clear assistance and dependable coordination with colleagues.

Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, including technology sales, product demonstrations, and upselling, is helpful. Bilingual or multilingual communication can help you serve a broader range of customers.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
