The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented English or Linguistics graduate/professional with a passion for writing, research, and clear communication.

This is a writing-focused position, not a traditional marketing role. You'll work closely with our team to turn technical information, complex ideas, and business knowledge into clear, compelling, and professional content.

You don't need an engineering background. We're looking for someone who is curious, asks thoughtful questions, and knows how to make complicated subjects easy to understand.

What You'll Work On

- Corporate Content: Website copy, articles, company announcements, and professional publications.
- Project Communications: Project profiles, case studies, and technical summaries.
- Proposal Writing: Project descriptions, company qualifications, team biographies, and proposal narratives.
- Internal Communications: Company updates, employee resources, guides, and documentation.
- Research: Industry research, fact-checking, and gathering information from technical experts.




- Editing: Proofreading, refining written materials, and maintaining consistent writing standards.

What We're Looking For

- A bachelor's degree in English or Linguistics.
- Exceptional writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Strong research, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- An ability to understand complex information and communicate it clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Qualified writing experience is an asset, but solid recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Position Details

- Employment: Permanent, part-time
- Hours: Approximately 10–30 hours per week, with potential for growth
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
- Location: Edmonton, Alberta (primarily remote)
